I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Mehnaz Abdulla for the exceptional care she provided throughout my first pregnancy. Thanks to her professionalism, knowledge, kindness, and genuine compassion, my pregnancy was smooth and stress-free, and we welcomed a healthy baby boy into our family. We will always remember the care and support she gave us. One thing we especially appreciated was that at every appointment she performed an ultrasound and gave my husband and me time to enjoy seeing our baby. She patiently explained everything, showed us each detail, and made every visit a truly special experience. We are also deeply grateful that she was always available to answer our questions via WhatsApp during the most worrying moments—even outside of working hours. Knowing that we could reach her, especially on the day our son was born, brought us enormous comfort and helped ease our anxiety. This level of dedication and compassion is something we will never forget. Together we created a birth plan that made me feel comfortable and confident. Following Dr. Mehnaz Abdulla recommendation, we chose Dr. Fatima Safa at Aster Hospital for the delivery, and everything went exactly as we had hoped. We are truly thankful for this recommendation. By following all of the doctors' advice, my recovery after childbirth was smooth, quick, and almost painless. That is the difference true professionals make. She also took the time to explain the insurance coverage to me very clearly. We had an appointment at 1:30 PM at aster golden sands and, as instructed, arrived at 1:15 PM to collect our token. Although we reached on time and were called to the reception first, patients who arrived later were given earlier token numbers. We then waited for hours to see the doctor. When the doctor started calling patients, those who had arrived later but received earlier token numbers were called before us. When we asked the reception staff for an explanation, they were unable to provide a proper answer. The attitude of Ms. Anshidha Rani Sreedharan and another receptionist was disappointing and unprofessional. Unfortunately, this is not the first time we have had a similar experience with the reception team. This issue has happened repeatedly, and such poor coordination and behavior create unnecessary stress and frustration for patients. The doctor was very kind, caring, and professional, and we truly appreciate the medical care provided. However, the repeated issues at the reception overshadow an otherwise positive experience. We sincerely hope the hospital takes steps to improve the professionalism, communication, and efficiency of the reception team.

To whom it may concern: I would like to raise my disappointment regarding the service I received from the Aster staff and Dr. Trishla Badolia. I called in advance to book an appointment and specifically checked the doctor’s availability. The customer service representative confirmed that Dr. Trishla Badolia would start her duty at 1:45 PM and that I would be her first patient for the day. To ensure that I arrived on time, I reached the clinic at around 1:20 PM, well before my scheduled appointment. However, when my token number was finally called, the receptionist informed me that the doctor had left the clinic just minutes earlier. I was extremely surprised and disappointed. I asked the receptionist whether the doctor was aware that she had a scheduled patient waiting. I also explained that customer service had clearly informed me that I would be her first patient and that her duty was supposed to begin at that time. What I find most upsetting is that there was no prior notice, no phone call, and no communication informing me that the doctor would be unavailable or taking a break. As a patient who arrived on time and followed the appointment schedule, I believe it is only fair to be informed of such changes. I understand that doctors may need breaks, but leaving while knowing that a patient is scheduled and waiting without any communication shows a lack of consideration and professionalism. My time is valuable too, and I made the effort to arrive early for the appointment. I hope Aster Management will look into this matter and ensure that better communication and patient care are practiced in the future so that other patients do not experience the same inconvenience and disappointment.

We visited the Aster Clinic at Al Nahda, Golden Sands with our son to visit Dr. Fajrunissa. She was extremely helpful and a very good listener. She made sure that our son had the best possible medication for his health needs. As parents, it is comforting to know that we have a doctor we can trust. We highly recommend Dr. Fajrunissa to any family looking for a compassionate, and dedicated pediatrician. Thank you for your outstanding care and support.
