Aster Clinic | JLT

Aster Clinic JLT is one of the best clinics as far as my experience. It’s quite spacious and the best thing is the reception desk is helpful and efficient. They have nearly all specialty doctors who take time to diagnose and treat the patients. I have very good experience so far. Their insurance desk is specially helpful and supportive. It’s sometimes very stressful waiting for insurance approvals but the staff is really helpful and they call repeatedly to get the approvals on patients behalf. Also the pharmacy staff is very helpful and they try their best to get approvals and deliver the medicines to patients. I’m very satisfied with their professional approach, cleanliness of the premises and calm environment. Highly recommended to try if you have any health issues.

I visited Aster Clinic JLT earlier today for a blood test. I was initially concerned about arriving too early, but seeing Mr. Varun already present at the reception made me feel at ease. I would like to commend him for accommodating patients with professionalism and genuine enthusiasm. I would also like to acknowledge the staff member in Room 24 who took my blood for samples. She was very kind, answered my questions clearly, and greeted me with a warm smile. Although I was not able to get her name, her assistance was greatly appreciated.

WILL NEVER GO TO ANY ASTER Very frustrating experience at Aster Clinic JLT. I came for a scan appointment after being referred from Aster Tecom) and I was told my booking was confirmed. When I arrived, nobody informed me there was any problem — I was left waiting for around 30 minutes. Only when I asked, they told me I was a walk-in. I explained I had an appointment, and then they said there is no appointment in the system. Instead of trying to help or find a solution, I was told: “We can’t do anything, go back to the other branch.” I drove from Deira while sick, and the staff didn’t make any effort to support or fix the issue. Had to go back to tecom Clinic they confirmed that they booked through system I am requesting my refund back

I have been undergoing treatment with Dr. Sabiha Rashid Mattoo for some time now, and I can already say that I am completely satisfied with my choice. Not only does the doctor provide competent treatment, but she also always supports me psychologically, which is especially important to me. Arrived at 9:20 am for ultrasound. Still on the line waiting! Now is 10:50!!! Waited 30 mins on the reception because clinic from Aster Al barsha forgot to send something. More than 1 hour and half waisted in the line, ever with not many people! Room 16
