Aster DYU Child Development Centre

First of all my 1 star rating not for the staff's or doctors my rating for the place I really don't understand Aster DM health care international group can't afford to have bigger and nicer place for Child DC, only one branch and it's too small and not fully ready really management should give a good look in that and support open other branches in bigger areas in different states, we are coming from sharjah 3 to 4 day's a week Aster clinics and hospitals everywhere in UAE I don't know why for the child development only one branch in bur dubai and in that condition. One more thing please for the staff's and doctors they have to speak English together inside the clinic so we can understand what they are saying. Really someone from the higher management of Aster need to do action regarding this.

For the past 5 months, we have been taking our son to Aster DYU Child Development Centre as he has been experiencing Global Developmental Delay. Earlier, as advised by the pediatric neurologist, we had attended other centres for more than 6 months, but unfortunately we could not notice much improvement. However, after starting therapy at Aster DYU from January onwards, we have genuinely seen several positive changes in our son’s development and behaviour. A special thanks to Dr. Febinsha, Speech Therapist — such a wonderful human being. My son usually cries whenever he enters the centre, but despite that, she always handles him with kindness, patience, and a smiling face while trying her absolute best to help him improve. Thank you so much, ma’am, for your caring nature and dedication. Dr. Krishna, Physiotherapist, is another person whom I can proudly call a true gentleman. He understands children and their emotions very well, makes them feel comfortable, and at the same time never compromises on the quality of therapy. We have noticed remarkable improvements in our son’s walking and other physical aspects after his sessions. We also recently started Occupational Therapy with Sharon ma’am over the past month. She too has been very supportive, hardworking, and genuinely focused on the welfare of both the child and parents. Dr. Bencitha, Clinical Psychologist, is also extremely kind and caring. She personally follows up on sessions, carefully observes the child’s behaviour, and guides us with valuable advice regarding his progress and development. Finally, heartfelt thanks to Preethi ma’am as well. Whenever we request any rescheduling or changes in therapy sessions, she is always supportive, helpful, and manages everything without hesitation. Thank you once again to this young and dedicated team. May you continue to grow higher and bring happiness, progress, and better health into the lives of many more children and families.

We've had a wonderful experience at Aster Child Development Centre. The environment is warm, professional, and truly child centered. I would especially like to highlight Ms. Ruth, the physiotherapist, whose dedication and skill have made a significant difference in our child's progress. She is not only highly knowledgeable but also incredibly patient and compassionate. We're so grateful for the positive impact she’s had on our child’s development. Highly recommend Aster Child Development centre and Ms. Ruth to any parent seeking quality care and support.
