We’ve been taking our child to Neha for ABA therapy, and we honestly couldn’t be happier. She has a calm, gentle way of working that our child responded to from the very beginning. Over the past weeks we’ve started noticing real changes — better focus, smoother routines, and fewer difficult moments at home. What we appreciate most is how Neha explains things in simple, practical ways so we know exactly what to do at home. We’re really grateful for the progress our child is making with her support.

We paid in advance for a package of six sessions with their psychologist, who was supposed to visit my son at school. From the very first appointment, things went wrong. The clinic clearly told us that if we were more than 15 minutes late, we would be charged for the full session, yet when the psychologist didn’t show up, they didn’t hold themselves to the same standard. Both my husband and I had to take time off work to be there and wait, only to be told later that our appointment was actually for the next day. It then took them a full week to admit it was their mistake and to offer a simple “sorry.” This showed a complete lack of respect for our time and professionalism. Just two weeks later, the clinic informed us that the psychologist was leaving the clinic. When we asked for a refund for the remaining sessions, they refused to return our money and eventually stopped answering our calls and messages altogether. For a place that claims to care about children’s mental health, their behavior was deeply disappointing and unethical. Update: Hello Jana, Thank you for reaching out. I want to be very clear that my concern was never about the psychologist personally. The only good thing about that clinic was Dr. Kimberly who decided to leave the clinic because of the administration system. The core issue throughout this experience was the clinic’s administration and the inability to communicate effectively or resolve matters. Regarding the day we were waiting at the school and the psychologist did not arrive, this occurred solely due to an administrative mistake. Our confirmed appointment was scheduled for the following day, however, the clinic administration mistakenly instructed us to attend on the wrong day. And this is just one example of their mistakes.More broadly, communication with the administration was extremely difficult. Simply it was not possible to have a normal, clear conversation. However, regarding the sessions neither my husband nor I were contacted to schedule the sessions dates. Instead, sessions were arranged independently by the administration team without our confirmation or even informing us. When my son was absent due to these administrative errors, the sessions were still marked as completed and charged to us. I would also like to address the statement that you reached out to me privately. During the time this situation was ongoing, I was repeatedly asking to speak with a manager and was explicitly told by clinic staff that you were busy and did not have time to speak with me. After weeks of trying to resolve these issues, being refused a refund, and eventually receiving no response, the way this was handled caused significant emotional distress. For the sake of my mental well-being, I eventually stopped pursuing the matter and accepted the financial loss. It was only after my public review was posted that I was contacted. My intention is not conflict, but to accurately clarify the timeline and the impact of how the administrative side of the clinic handled this situation. And I don’t want other people who are in need of mental support to go through the same situation as I’ve been through. Kind regards, Sahel

Jana is one of the best therapists, you honestly feel like you are so comfortable to the extend that you feel you are home and meeting a close friend. She is honest, kind and doesn’t shy away from helping you see the truth. I would hands down recommend MCM and Jana.

I recently visited Mcm. It’s a calm and supportive place. The psychologist listens well and helps you understand your thoughts clearly. The sessions were comfortable and genuinely helpful for me.

I had a session with Mrs. Kimberley, who was incredibly helpful in the situation I’m going through, providing a very reassuring perspective. She is a great listener and understands exactly how I feel. Mrs. Kimberley truly feels like a safe place when talking to her, and I would love to see her again. Thank you again 🙏🏻
