I recently visited Med 7 Nasser Clinic ,during an emergency situation and was extremely stressed due to issues with my house help’s insurance coverage. Despite the circumstances, the entire team was incredibly supportive, compassionate, and helpful. I would especially like to appreciate Mr. Shahabaz from the Front Office for his patience, understanding, and professionalism throughout the process. His calm and caring approach made a difficult situation much easier to manage. I am also deeply grateful to the doctors and nurses who took care of my sister. I recently had a HydraFacial session with Sister Aswathi, and it was a wonderful experience. She was very professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire session. She even played relaxing music during the facial, which made the experience feel calm, refreshing, and enjoyable. Had a wonderful experience with my Hydrafacial done by Ashwathy. She was very professional, friendly, and explained each step clearly, which made me feel comfortable throughout the session.
