Béatrice Frank-Fahle

Béatrice is a certified EQ coach based in Dubai, offering coaching services in English, French, and German. She is dedicated to helping individuals navigate personal and professional challenges by focusing on emotional intelligence to foster growth. Béatrice works with professionals, entrepreneurs, parents, teenagers, and educators to guide them through decision-making, overcoming obstacles, and living more intentionally.

Before transitioning to coaching, Béatrice earned a PhD in microbiology and worked on diverse research projects, ranging from studying the effects of climate change on Arctic permafrost to exploring extreme environments like New Zealand’s geothermal mud pools and the McMurdo Dry Valleys in Antarctica. Life-changing events, such as becoming a parent and relocating to Thailand, led Béatrice to question her career path and ultimately discover her passion for coaching.

Today, Béatrice uses her expertise in emotional intelligence and her skill in powerful questioning to help clients unlock their potential. Whether clients are facing difficult decisions, striving to overcome challenges, or seeking a more intentional life, Béatrice partners with them to bring greater fulfilment to both their personal and professional lives.
